Bio

William Campbell began his working career by serving in the United States Army as an infantryman in the 101st Airborne Division. After serving and honorably discharged, William utilized the G.I. Bill and graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton. After graduating with a B.A., William attended Southwestern Law School, passed the California State Bar Exam, and started down the road of practicing law. William is a member of the California and Tennessee State Bar. William is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

William started his legal career practicing criminal law at both the Fresno County Public Defender’s office and ultimately in the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting both low-level misdemeanors such as Driving Under the Influence cases (DUI’s) all the way up to Three Strike Felony Cases. William entered the Civil Law arena in 2009 focusing on the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and The California Rosenthal Act protecting debtors from debt collectors engaging in illegal collection practices. To this day William is asserting the rights of debtors against creditors and debt collectors whether the debt is being alleged in a lawsuit or is already reduced to judgment. William enjoys the courtroom and especially enjoys presenting cases to juries.

In 2016 William Campbell became an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School.
