They serve as our primary interface between Potential New Clients and the law firm. Our Case Analysts understand how to spend time with a potential client to understand their problem, and then help them see how working with our law firm can help them solve their problem. They are very focused on giving all potential clients an outstanding experience. They utilize their consulting skills with high energy to identify what legal services are needed to solve the client’s issue. They handle critical tasks such as preparing fee agreements, reviewing client documents, as well as making sure we have a clean handoff to our Onboarding/Support team for every new client.
