Nazanin Javanmardi
Bio
Nazanin Javanmardi is an Associate Attorney at Fitzgerald & Campbell, APLC. Nazanin was born and raised in Iran. She moved to the United States when she was 17 years old. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She earned her law degree from Western State College of Law. While attending law school, she interned with the Public Defender office and helped with representing clients who were not mentally able to represent themselves in legal matters. Thereafter, she worked at Western State Clinic, representing clients as a certified student attorney. The clinic provided pro bono immigration services to low-income non-citizens. Upon graduating from law school, she was awarded a distinction for public services. After obtaining her law degree, she began practicing law in the field of Creditor’s Rights where she represented creditors such as Capital One, Discover, and Bank of America for collection of defaulted consumer debts by litigating cases and enforcing judgment cases. In 2019, Ms. Javanmardi joined Fitzgerald & Campbell, APLC so she could represent consumers and small businesses against creditors.
Ms. Javanmardi is fluent in Farsi and admitted to practice before all California state courts. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, yoga and traveling internationally.
